OSRE1 was developed with Microsoft VB .NET 2003. Please note that you
must have the .NET Framework installed on your computer in order to use
OSRE. The Microsoft .NET Framework is responsible for running programs
developed in .NET. If you are running Windows XP SP2, the Microsoft.NET Framework was most probably installed along with SP2.
To check if it is already installed on your system, go to “Control
Panel \ Add & Remove Programs” and see if it's listed there. If it
is not, click the link below to download it from Microsoft (FREE),
and follow the instructions given
there. You only have to download it and install it once, and then you
can run any program written in VB.NET.
