Christakis (Chris) Mina holds a PhD from the Graduate School of Engineering, Department of Urban Management of Kyoto University, Japan (2010), a Master of Science in Engineering from Kyoto University, Japan (2007), a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, USA (1996) and a Diploma of Technician Civil Engineer of the Higher Technical Institute of Cyprus (1992). Chris is a registered professional Civil Engineer in Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber, the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Japan Society of Civil Engineers.
